Teaching students how to log into the ITT Technical Institute Student Portal and email account.

1ITT Student Portal
Select the button that says you are working from a public computer. Select the button that says you are a student. Your username is your 8 digit student ID number. ID numbers can be found on your class schedule. Your password is your date of birth MMDDYYYY. Make sure you include all four digits for the year. Once you are logged into the portal you can check your grades and class schedule by clicking on the MY ITT TECH tab. You can click on the RESOURCES tab and you can go to the Download Center to download a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 on your home computer. You can also click on the RESOURCES tab and go to the Virtual Library.

2ITT Student Email
To log into the student email, enter your ITT email address where it says Windows Live ID. Your ITT email is located on your schedule and looks something like this: . Your password is a combination of your date of birth and the first six digits of your whole last name (YYMMDDfirst six of last name). If your last name has less than six letters, your password will be your whole last name. It should look something like this: 820710smith . Once you log in, you will be prompted to re-enter your password and select a new password that is easier for you to remember. You will also be asked to set up some security questions to safeguard your email account. Once this is complete you will be asked to log in again with your new password.
